Do you want to learn to transform a challenge or stressor in your life into something positive and beautiful?

Neurographic Art is a fairly new art form started in 2014 by Russian psychologist Pavel Piscarev. It is a form of art therapy that concentrates on mindfulness, relaxation and stress-free problem solving and can be accomplished by all participants regardless of previous training or artistic ability.

In this workshop led by art instructor Barbara Sax, you will explore this art form and use simple lines, colors, and shapes, to create a free flowing composition unique to your own personal style. A brief powerpoint demonstration will be shown and examples of finished work will be provided.

The workshop is open to Livingston Library cardholders 18 and up with registration only.  Space is limited. All materials will be supplied.

The event is made possible with the support of The Friends of the Livingston Public Library.
