Friends of the Livingston Public Library will hold its Beach Books & Bling Sale on Friday, June 30 through Sunday, July 2, 2023 in the Livingston Public Library’s Program Room.
It will offer about 15,000 books, many tables of costume jewelry and puzzles, games, and tabletop toys.
This year a totally new offering will be available. Library Trustee and member of Friends Sudeep Amin has crafted a special Friends tea blend flavored with cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, ginger, black pepper, saffron and rose petals among other flavors. For a donation of $20 to Friends, patrons will receive this sampler.
By supporting the library's Friends' group and their book sales, all proceeds directly fund Livingston Public Library's annual programs, museum pass program, and Library of Things collection. Click here to learn more about the Friends of the Livingston Public Library.

Patrons can use the ‘bling’ part of the sale to accessorize summer wardrobes.
- Adult Fiction Hardcovers will cost $0.50
- Adult Fiction Softcovers will cost $0.25
- Children’s, Young Readers, and Young Adult books will be $0.25.
- Jewelry will be priced mostly at $1.00.
Sunday will be a Bag Sale for books. On Sunday, patrons can get jewelry at two-for-one. Patrons are asked to bring their own bags on Friday and Saturday.
