Workshop presenter, Debra J. Stark, MA, has been in the role of Career Advisor at Ramapo College of New Jersey for 25+ years serving both students and alumni. In this role she assists with resume development, interview and networking techniques, and planning job search strategies. She is a co-author of the textbook Creating Career Success: A Flexible Plan for the World of Work. Debra trained as a Career Coach and served as subject matter expert for the National Association of Colleges and Employers Career Coach Certification program. Debra has presented nationally and internationally for student and professional audiences on a variety of career topics.
