In 2021, 38.4 million Americans, or 11.6% of the population, had diabetes.  97.6 million Americans age 18 and older had prediabetes.  Up to 70% of individuals with prediabetes will eventually develop type 2 diabetes (T2D), and without preventative interventions such as healthy eating and physical activity, many will progress to T2D within 5 years.

Join us for an empowering workshop focused on diabetes prevention and wellness.

Whether you're at risk for prediabetes or looking to take proactive steps towards better health, this session is for you.
