Join us for an interactive workshop to learn simple, affordable ways to boost your energy naturally, without caffeine and sugary treats.  You will be amazed at how small tweaks can help you feel refreshed and energized.

You will be presented with strategies and tools to increase your energy levels in a natural and sustainable way. We will discuss the potential negative effects of relying on caffeine and sugar to make it through the day, and explore alternative methods for boosting energy, such as certain foods, exercise, hydration, and mindfulness techniques.

The workshop will also provide practical tips and tricks for incorporating these strategies into your daily life for more consistent energy levels, and to help you improve your overall health and wellbeing.

Presenter Elizabeth Girouard is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Workplace Wellness Ambassador, and the founder of Pure Simple Wellness. She is on a mission to help people get off the yo-yo dieting rollercoaster, ditch sugar cravings, and stop the endless food chatter in their minds, so they feel energized and confident in their bodies.
