We all have that constant voice in our head, our mental chatter that never really stops talking to us. It is the most primal part of our brain designed to keep us safe. Also known as the “inner critic", it also keeps us trapped in a vicious cycle of impostor syndrome, fear, and self doubt.  It prevents us from exploring our inherent creative abilities and limits us from reaching our full potential.

Join Deepshikha Sairam, motivational speaker, and metaphysical teacher as she helps you discover why gaining mastery over your inner critic is outdated advice that always backfires. Instead she will show how befriending the critic can turn it into our biggest strength and even help us achieve our big, fat, audacious goals.

Deepshikha will share tools and practices based on mind-body science and ancient wisdom to turn the inner critic into an architect of your life so that you can unlock your limitless potential, master your intuition and live a more joyful and fulfilling life.

Prior to starting her own business, Deepshikha was a corporate training lead at Bank of America, where she delivered numerous leadership programs on a wide array of topics ranging from emotional intelligence to business leadership. She is certified in Situational Leadership™, 7 Habits of Highly Effective Leader™, and other premier leadership programs.

You can also hear Deepshikha on her weekly podcast, Journey Home to Self, where she and her guests share their experiences, personal stories, and practical tools and skills to help you tap into your highest self and unlock your boundless potential for creativity and meaning.

This session is open to all and no registration is required.
