Program Description

Event Details

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to camp underneath the Milky Way? What about seeing a sunrise from the top of a volcano?

Join us on March 20th at 7PM as we travel around the National Parks of the United States via Zoom. World traveler, Chris McCormack, will detail the beauty of many parks through breathtaking photos and stories that will make you feel as if you have explored the parks yourself. Chris will share practical information on how to travel the parks; such as, park passes, apps for best prices, spots to camp, and what to bring.

After this informative presentation on the ins and outs of travel, you & your family will be ready to explore the mountains of Wyoming, volcanoes of Hawaii, and coastlines of Maine!

Chris McCormack is a professional traveler who's been empowering people to see the world since 2014. He grew up in Rockaway and loves sharing his experiences with different communities including libraries, colleges, and senior centers.
