Program Description

Event Details

Join us for an afternoon of tea tasting at the library! Participants will learn how tea is harvested and processed, then sample several different varieties of traditional teas (white, yellow, green, oolong, black) and try to guess their tasting notes.

Space is limited to 12 participants and is first come, first served. Please pick up a tasting ticket at the Youth Services Desk when you get here, which you can exchange for a cup at the program.

Unattended Policy

Children under age 12: a parent or responsible caregiver (age 16 or older) must remain with the child or remain in the Library and be immediately accessible to the child at all times, including when a child is attending a library program. 

Food Programs

The following program will serve food and/or beverages. The Library is not responsible for individual food allergies.  If there is a concern, we strongly suggest bringing your own snack and/or lunch.
