Decorate a tote bag that you can use to go trick-or-treating! We'll have fabric markers, fun stencils, and more!
We have a limited number of tote bags. Feel free to bring your own!
Open to grades 3-5.

Priority is given to Livingston Library card holders. Please show your Livingston Library card to pick up tickets at the Youth Services Desk 30 minutes before the program start time. Non Livingston card holders will be placed on standby.
Unattended Policy
Children under age 12: a parent or responsible caregiver (age 16 or older) must remain with the child or remain in the Library and be immediately accessible to the child at all times, including when a child is attending a library program.
Parents and caregivers of children attending programs
Parents/Caregivers of children under 7 years old need to remain with their children at all times.
