Our hands are often overlooked but with proper care they can remain youthful and healthy.  Exfoliation is important to allow the fresh skin to breathe and function. An aromatherapy hand scrub removes dead skin cells and rejuvenates and heals with essential oils. 

During this workshop led by Susan G. Niedt, participants will learn the benefits of skin healing oils while creating there own hand scrub using  all natural ingredients like coconut oil, sugar and essential oils.

Susan is a certified aromatherapist, a certified teacher of aromatherapy, a professional educator, a juried crafter, a certified “Shake Your Soul: Yoga of Dance” instructor, a Certified EFT Practitioner, an Energy Worker,  and business owner. She loves to support and inspire others on their path to wellness, creativity, and joy!

This workshop is open to Livingston Library cardholders 18 and up with registration.  Space is limited and all supplies will be provided.
