Event Details

Join us at the Livingston Public Library for an Art and Wellness Workshop on Mandalas - exploring our present in color. A mandala is a symbol of the universe in its ideal form, and its creation signifies the transformation of a universe of suffering into one of joy. It can also be used as an aid to meditation, helping the meditator to envision how to achieve the perfect self.

The workshop is presented by the Counseling with Art Specialization Program of Caldwell University. During this workshop we will use chalk pastels and work within a circle selecting color and patterns representing our present time. This event is free and open to all!
