Banned Books Week runs from October 5-11, 2025. Celebrate books with us!

Join us as we discuss the award-winning novel The Best at It by Maulik Pancholy. We will talk about the book and about book banning. We will then reflect on the book with a series of writing prompts.

If you have not yet read the book, you can request it by going to the catalog.

This program is recommended for children in grades 4-6, but other interested kids can drop in, as well. Caregivers are also welcome.

No registration required!

Sponsored by the Friends of the Library.
