Banned Books Week runs from September 22-28, 2024. Celebrate books with us!
Join us as we discuss the graphic novel New Kid by Jerry Craft. We will talk about the book and then make our own comics, just like protagonist Jordan Banks does.
If you have not yet read the book, you can request it by going to the catalog.
This program is recommended for children in grades 3-5, but other interested kids can drop in, as well. Caregivers are also welcome.
No registration required!

Children under age 12: a parent or responsible caregiver (age 16 or older) must remain with the child or remain in the Library and be immediately accessible to the child at all times, including when a child is attending a library program.
