Are you looking for ways to add a lot of flavor to your foods without a lot of fat or salt? Add tasty spices and essential oils to your recipes instead and see how you can make the most basic recipes taste new and interesting!
Come explore the idea of what essential oils and spices can do when it comes to cooking, with healthy living teacher Merynda Fuelhart.
Essential oils aren't just for the spa and diffusers anymore. Merynda will show you ways to incorporate them into your cooking in a safe and healthy way to zip up your dishes. She will cover what oils are safe to ingest, which ones to stay away from and how to read labels. Spices come in many different forms, and you will learn how to use each kind to enhance your meals.
You can also sample a freshly prepared spice dish and take home handouts of recipes that include essential oils and spices.
