Event Details

Wellness goes beyond just our physical health. It also includes our emotional, environmental, financial, intellectual, occupational, social, and spiritual health.

Attention must be given to all the dimensions, as neglect of any one over time will adversely affect the others, and ultimately one’s health, well-being, and quality of life.  A well-rounded balance of these wellness dimensions provides holistic harmony to one’s personal well-being.

In this session, you will recognize the importance of the eight dimensions of wellness, understand how these dimensions are interconnected and affect each other, and discuss ways to achieve, maintain, or improve these dimensions in your daily lives.

You will learn how each dimension of wellness helps create an environment that nurtures the body, mind and spirit.
