Perimenopause and menopause are natural, yet often misunderstood, phases of a woman’s life.

Join Dr. Chloe Phillips for an insightful discussion on the hormonal changes women experience during these stages. In this talk, Dr. Phillips will cover the key signs and symptoms of perimenopause and menopause, as well as provide guidance on how to effectively communicate with your doctor about your health concerns. This session will also shed light on the often-overlooked signs and symptoms that are linked to these transitions, helping you better understand your body. Discover practical tips for maintaining a happy, healthy lifestyle as you navigate these changes.

Understanding this phase is crucial for every woman’s well-being, and this talk aims to empower you with the knowledge and tools needed to embrace this transition with confidence.
