Are you interested in finding out about outrageous incidents and dubious occurrences that are part of New York City’s past?

If so,  join this presentation by Art and Susan Zuckerman where you will learn about being tarred and feathered, shot by the Black Hand in Little Italy, and  being caught in a great fire or ravishing flood.  You will also participate in riots, attend some fascinating trials, and encounter some of the most unsavory characters who ever lived in New York City.  Of course, this doesn’t count meeting all the ghosts that haunt the City.  Don’t worry, it isn’t as gory as it sounds.

The Zuckermans are licensed tour guides, radio talk show hosts, authors, college professors, historians, lecturers and world travelers; they offer 85 tours of New York City and the East Coast.

This program does not need registration and is made possible with the support of The Friends of the Livingston Public Library.
