After losing their son Hamnet to plague, Agnes (Jessie Buckley) and William Shakespeare (Paul Mescal) grapple with grief in 16th-century England. A healer, Agnes must find strength to care for her surviving children while processing her devastating loss.

HAMNET was nominated for 8 Academy Awards this year, including Best Picture, Best Director, Best Actress, and Best Adapted Screenplay. This film is rated PG-13, and runs 2 hours & 5 minutes. It will be screened with English subtitles for the hard of hearing.

This screening is part of the "Dr. Harry Tuber and The Friends of the Library Tribute Film Festival." It is free and open to the public, with no registration required.
