A Brooklyn-based sex worker (Mikey Madison) finds her fairy tale when she impulsively marries a Russian billionaire's son (Mark Eydelshteyn). But their whirlwind romance turns into a frantic chase through New York as her new in-laws dispatch thugs to force an annulment of their unlikely union.

ANORA won five Academy Awards this year: Best Picture, Best Director, Best Actress (Mikey Madison), Best Original Screenplay, and Best Editing. It was also nominated for Best Supporting Actor (Yura Borisov).

The film is rated R, and runs 2 hours, 15 minutes. It is in English and Russian, and will be screened with English subtitles for the hard of hearing.
