Chitra is a NASM certified personal trainer (CPT), Behavior change specialist(BCS) and Precisión Nutrition Coach. She is also a wellness coach, medium and intuitive healer. She has worked with several people on their wellness journey and helps them nourish (not punish) their mind, body and soul, and truly believes that the first step in transformation is to work on the mindset.
