Event Details
Just as in life, the five senses are our window into the world of our narrative and key to creating visceral experiences on the page. In this workshop presented by The Writers Circle, we will explore how to apply all five senses – sight, sound, touch, smell, and taste – to lend texture, color, vibrance, and dimension to your writing.
This program will be led by Michelle Cameron, co-director of The Writers Circle. Michelle Cameron is the author of Jewish historical fiction, including Babylon: A Novel of Jewish Captivity, the award-winning Beyond the Ghetto Gates and The Fruit of Her Hands: the story of Shira of Ashkenaz. Napoleon’s Mirage, the sequel to Beyond the Ghetto Gates, will be published in November 2024.
Space is limited for this program; registration is required. Registration will open at 10 AM on Monday, November 11, 2024.
This event is funded by the Friends of the Livingston Public Library. It is free and open to everyone.
