Event Details

Join the Chinese Language Conversation Group to share ideas and learn from others. Participants will meet new people, join lively discussions on a variety of topics and have an opportunity to speak Mandarin Chinese in a comfortable environment. 

Nothing is tastier than dumplings 好吃不如饺子

April topic: Dumplings

Participants will discuss cooking techniques and how dumplings are related to Chinese culture.

Be prepared to discuss the following: 

Dumpling cooking techniques, ingredients, family traditions and dumpling culture.  Additionally we will be discussing tips for avoiding dumplings from sticking together when boiling, how to freeze fresh dumplings and how to cook frozen dumplings.
